The evening was made rather complicated, as Storm Darragh had left the house without electrical power or running water !! Stoyan took on the challenge, pre-prepared some dishes, dodged the fallen trees, and arrived with a gas portable stove to heat and serve a top-class meal. Highly professional, engaging chef who made our candle-lit meal an unforgettable evening.”
